1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Dleel Car website, you agree to these general terms. They apply to browsing the website and submitting a rental request; they do not replace the detailed rental agreement signed at vehicle pickup.

2. Eligibility to Rent

Renting a vehicle requires a valid national ID or Iqama, a valid driving license, and a minimum age of 21. Final eligibility is confirmed at the branch before handover.

3. Bookings and Payment

A booking is only confirmed after payment is successfully verified. Submitting a booking request does not by itself guarantee vehicle availability until confirmation is received.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed manually by our team according to the rental terms applicable at the time of booking.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a booking or contact request.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one currently in effect.
