We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

Some features, such as WhatsApp contact or map links, may direct you to external services with their own privacy practices.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Marketing

We use necessary cookies and similar storage to run the website, such as keeping your session and protecting forms.

On the public pages of the website we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used and to improve them, and TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on TikTok. These tools may receive technical data such as the page address, IP address, browser and device type, and cookie identifiers.

TikTok may also receive events such as a page visit, a click on a booking button, a click on a phone or WhatsApp link (without the number), and a completed booking request with the car model and total value.

Tracking tools do not run on car-search pages, booking-data entry pages or private booking-detail links, and the content of the booking form is not sent to them. After a booking request is saved successfully, a single completion event may be sent to TikTok from a clean success page that contains no contact details or private booking link.

We do not send your name, email address, mobile number, ID or Iqama number, driving licence, notes or booking documents to Google or TikTok.

Data received by Google and TikTok is subject to their own privacy policies.
